1.1 Shipping Coverage

We provide worldwide shipping services to most countries and regions across the globe. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our overseas warehouse to ensure fast and safe delivery. Please note that some remote areas may be excluded from our shipping scope, and we will contact you promptly if your address is undeliverable after you place an order.

1.2 Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and official holidays). We will verify your order information, inspect product quality and arrange packaging strictly before shipment to ensure you receive intact products. No order processing on holidays, and all delayed orders will be processed in priority on the next working day.

1.3 Shipping Time & Delivery

Please note that the above delivery time is for reference only. The actual delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons and other objective factors, which is beyond our control.

1.4 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight, volume and delivery destination. Free standard shipping is available for orders over a specified amount (the threshold is subject to the real-time display on the checkout page). For orders that do not meet the free shipping standard, the corresponding shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the order page before payment.
